Restrictions:
- No smoking on property
- No parties allowed
- Plenty of parking in the driveway, please do not park on the street
- Children must be supervised at all times

- Fires in the firepit are not to be left unattended. Burn only firewood in the firepit, please do not burn trash. Fires in the firepit are to be extinguished before leaving the area.

The space
Walking in to The Beach House, you'll instantly feel relaxed and ready to unwind. We've fully renovated the home to provide all the desired amenities, including heating and AC, motorized blinds and brand new kitchen and bathrooms with heated floors.

The Beach House brings the outside in with expansive windows that reach from floor to ceiling providing unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.

The oversized primary bedroom is separated from the rest of the house by a long hallway, offering complete privacy. The large bedroom offers a king sized bed with a small desk and chair. The primary bathroom is generous with double vanities, a large closet and heated floors.

The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed, overlooking the ocean and a private, attached bathroom.

The 3rd bedroom also offers a queen sized bed and a private bathroom. We've coined this one the kids room because it's a little quieter for the kids to tuck in early!

Bedroom #4- The unique part of this home is the original design. A part of the common space of the home can be sectioned off into another private sleeping area with a sofa bed. While this area is not soundproof, you are able to close it off to the rest of the family room for sleeping and privacy.
Additional notes
The backyard offers a firepit to enjoy day and night! There is a market a few blocks away that sells firewood in the event there isn't any leftover from previous guests.
Neighborhood overview
The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to downtown. There is a small park a few blocks away with a grass field, swings, etc. You'll find many people walking on the street either for a nice walk listening to the waves crashing or walking to many of the public beach accesses.
Getting around
A walk dowtown, whether it's on the beach or the street, takes about 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the tide! If it's high tide, you won't be able to make all the way downtown on the beach. You'll see many locals and visitors on the walk!
